1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and GetFUCking Clients, an autonomous software service operated by Yoppy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing getfuckingclients.com, subscribing to our service, or connecting an account to our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

GetFUCking Clients provides autonomous B2B sales development software utilizing the FUC methodology (Find, Understand, Convert). The service assists businesses, agencies, and freelancers in identifying publicly available commercial prospects, auditing technical opportunities on prospect websites, and generating personalized 1-on-1 outreach communications delivered via user-authorized email accounts or web forms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Spam Compliance

You agree to use GetFUCking Clients strictly for lawful, legitimate B2B commercial outreach. You expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Send deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, or harassing messages.
• Conduct mass spray-and-pray spam campaigns or target personal consumer emails without legitimate business interest.
• Spoof email headers or misrepresent your true commercial identity.
• Violate applicable laws including the US CAN-SPAM Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), or other regional marketing regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass platform rate limits or security mechanisms.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found violating this Acceptable Use Policy without refund.

4. Merchant of Record, Billing & Refunds

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles all payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, currency conversions, and related customer billing inquiries.

• Subscription Fees: The service is billed at $49 USD per month on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise specified.
• Terms of Sale: All transactions are subject to Dodo Payments' applicable Buyer Terms and Conditions.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 1-click. Your access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period, with no further automatic charges.
• Refund Inquiries: Because Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record, billing adjustments, dispute resolutions, and refund requests are processed in accordance with Dodo Payments' policies. You may contact Dodo Payments support or email us at nikhil@yoppy.in for billing assistance.

5. Deliverability & No Guarantee of Outcomes

GetFUCking Clients provides software tools to automate and personalize outbound prospecting workflows. However:

• We do not guarantee specific inbox placement rates, open rates, response rates, booked client meetings, or revenue results.
• Outbound campaign performance depends on external variables beyond our control, including your offer market fit, domain reputation, email provider policies, and recipient responsiveness.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain full ownership of your proprietary offer descriptions, customer lists, and connected account data.

Platform IP: All software, algorithms, UI designs, code, trademarks, and documentation related to GetFUCking Clients and Yoppy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Yoppy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yoppy or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business reputation) arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
